Why walk?

When you think of walking the first thing that comes to mind is a tedious exercise you do every day. However, this teen in Georgia decided he was done walking to school everyday. So, he stole a bus from the Catoosa County Detention Center. 4 days later on February 5th Cole Collins was caught and Jailed until Tuesday, February 12th. How he got away with it?
